We will not supply your details to a third party without your permission. No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations.

Conditions / Disclaimer

• A signature is required to confirm all quotations.
• Full payment is required 10 days prior to your event date unless previously arranged with Boo Shi.
• Interest will be charged on all outstanding invoices over 30 days at a rate of 10% per month.
  
• Cancellations require a written notification and will be subject to a 30% surcharge of the total quotation if received less than 20 days prior to your event. If cancellation is within 5 days of event date full payment is required.
  
• Clause 18. Force Majeure A party is not liable for failure to perform the party's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, blockage, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement under Clause 19 (Termination) in such circumstances.
  
• All props, containers and glassware are charged at a hired rate. Any loss, damage or breakage of goods are at the hirers responsibility and replacement charges will apply.
• Whilst every attempt is made to perfectly colour match your arrangement to your exact colour preferences, many variables such as climatic conditions, seasonality and availability may result in a slight variation in the shade of the chosen blooms and/or the flower type that had been suggested. On any occasion if this occurs, it must be deemed out of Designs by Boo Shi's control; but every care will be taken to ensure that the end result is the closest match as possible to your desired outcome.
  
• A design concept will be agreed to at quotation stage, all efforts to understand the clients requests and Boo Shi’s interpretation of that will be made. The interpretation and installation of that design concept will remain at Boo Shi’s precedence.
